SPC Flooring Samples and Wholesale Quotes
Prepare an SPC flooring sample request and wholesale enquiry. Kermit offers a one-container MOQ, four-week standard lead time and private-label options.

A useful flooring quotation starts with a defined product and destination. Send the collection or appearance you need, the technical requirements, the quantity and the intended use. If you are still choosing, say which decisions remain open so the sample request can help resolve them.
Kermit's wholesale SPC flooring minimum order is one container. Our standard lead time is four weeks, and OEM/private-label supply is available. The quotation should confirm the schedule for your actual order and delivery destination.
Start with the current range
Use the Kermit document library to review the flooring catalogue. It also contains catalogues for our skirting and wall-panel ranges. Note the collection and decor codes that interest you rather than relying on an unlabelled screenshot.
If you are supplying a complete interior, include the skirting and wall-panel requirements in the same enquiry. Ask the team to confirm the available combinations, packing and commercial scope; selecting several product families does not by itself establish a mixed-container arrangement.
Send a brief the team can quote
Use the manufacturer selection checklist to settle open specification questions, then copy and complete this enquiry:
Company:
Destination country and city:
Buyer type: distributor / retailer / contractor / project team / brand owner
Product family or families:
Collection and decor codes, if selected:
Intended use:
Required thickness, wear layer, backing and format:
Required project tests or certificates:
Quantity:
OEM or private-label requirement:
Samples requested:
Required delivery date:
Other questions or requirements:
An undecided field can remain a question. For example, if the project specification establishes a use class but not a particular collection, send the specification and explain the intended rooms.
Use samples to settle specific decisions
Request samples that represent the products you are considering. Confirm the sample format, availability, any charges and shipping arrangements with the team.
When the samples arrive, record their identifiers and review them under the relevant lighting. Compare the appearance with the adjacent finishes. Check that the dimensions, backing and joint correspond to the technical information you are reviewing.
For private-label work, keep the product approval separate from the branding approval. A decor sample answers a different question from a carton or label proof.
Read the quotation as an order specification
Before placing an order, check that the quotation records:
- The selected product codes and technical specification.
- Quantity, packing and the loading information for the selected products.
- Price basis, currency and payment terms.
- Any OEM branding or agreed customization.
- Documents needed for the product and destination.
- The order schedule, delivery responsibilities and expected arrival arrangements.
- Applicable warranty and the route for raising a product question.
Keep a copy of the agreed specification with the sample reference. It gives both sides a clear starting point for the current purchase and any later reorder.
Common questions before the first container
How many square metres fit in one container?
Request a loading calculation for the selected specification. Product thickness, weight, packing and the actual shipment arrangement determine the answer; the one-container MOQ is not a fixed square-metre quantity.
Are samples free?
Confirm sample and shipping charges when making the request. This guide does not promise a universal free-sample policy.
Does the four-week lead time mean arrival at my warehouse?
Have the quotation state the order schedule and destination delivery date explicitly. Do not treat the standard lead-time figure alone as a complete transport schedule.
Can the order carry my brand?
Yes. Include the branding requirement in the enquiry so the product, artwork and documentation scope can be agreed.
Send the completed brief to Kermit sales to start a sample and quotation discussion.
