Choosing an SPC Manufacturer in Türkiye: Buyer Checklist
Compare SPC manufacturers using company details, product specifications, samples, document scope and written supply terms. Includes a practical buyer checklist.

Choosing a manufacturer means deciding who will be responsible for the product you receive, the documents behind it and the specification of your next order. Start with a written comparison of suppliers, then use samples and documents to test the answers.
Kermit Floor prepared this checklist for distributors, private-label buyers and project teams. It also explains the information to request when evaluating our own offer.
Establish who makes the product
Ask for the supplier's legal company details, factory location and the manufacturing site for your proposed order. A company may have a headquarters, more than one factory and sales locations in different countries. Those roles should be clear.
Kermit Floor is based in Çayırova, Kocaeli, Türkiye, with additional locations in Moldova and Romania. Ask our team to confirm the supply details for the selected goods in your quotation.
Compare the same specification
A price comparison is useful only when the products being compared are defined. Request the following for the selected collection:
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Product identification | Collection, decor code and format |
| Construction | Overall thickness, wear layer and backing |
| Installation | Locking system and the relevant instructions |
| Use | Stated use class and intended application |
| Project evidence | Any acoustic, fire, slip or other result required by the specification |
| Quantity | Carton coverage, packing and the proposed order quantity |
Keep these fields beside the sample reference. A sample selected for its colour should not become a substitute for the written technical specification.
Check the scope of the documents
Read the holder name, product scope, manufacturing site and validity dates of the documents you receive. Management-system certificates, product test reports and performance declarations answer different questions.
For a Kermit order, send your product reference and project requirements with a document request. Ask for the matching evidence and its scope before including a performance claim in a tender or sales sheet.
Make the sample review practical
Record the collection and decor code, then view the sample under the lighting in which it will be used or sold. Compare the surface, dimensions and joint with the written specification. Keep a clearly identified reference for the agreed product.
For a coordinated interior, consider the skirting profile and wall-panel finish at the same time. Kermit manufactures all three product families, which makes them useful parts of the same brief. Confirm the actual combinations and quantities in the quotation.
Match the floor to the intended use
Ask about preparation, cleaning and the limitations of the installed system. A water-resistant plank does not remove the need to assess subfloor moisture or plan a floating installation correctly.
Kermit's existing guidance advises against SPC flooring on bathroom floors, outdoors and in areas cleaned by hosing. Bathroom wall panels are a separate application with their own detailing. Review the installation and water-use guidance before specifying the product.
Put the commercial answers in writing
For Kermit wholesale SPC flooring, the minimum order is one container and the standard lead time is four weeks. OEM and private-label supply are available.
For any supplier, the quotation should settle the exact product, quantity, branding scope, price basis, payment terms, delivery responsibilities, schedule and required documents. A stated lead time should be connected to the actual order schedule and destination delivery date.
Use the sample and quotation guide and current catalogues to prepare a shortlist, then send your specification and destination to Kermit's sales team. The strongest comparison is one where every supplier has answered the same concrete questions.
